Apartment Thalia

Sleeps two. On the first floor of the villa, Apartment Thalia comprises a spacious and charming terracotta-floored living room/bedroom with double bed and a single sofa-bed. Two windows are facing the front garden; there is a separate kitchen/dining room with direct access to a raised rear terrace, and a bathroom with washing-machine.

Use of the terrace is shared with a neighbouring apartment. The kitchen has a four-burner cooker, refrigerator, sideboard, cupboard and a wooden table. There is independent gas-fired central heating.

Apartment Diana

Sleeps four. Situated on the first floor, Apartment Diana consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and an extra single bed, a spacious living room with comfortable iron sofa-bed with an other single bed on demand and two armchairs, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Access is via the rear terrace, use of which is shared with a neighbouring apartment. The living room has a "pietra serena" stone fireplace and a round walnut table. In the bedroom are three windows with views onto two sides of the villa.
The kitchen has a marble sink, a four-burner gas cooker, oven, sideboard, table and refrigerator. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle and a washing machine. There is an individual gas heating.

Apartment Irene

The apartment is located on the first floor of an old 19th century barn, with direct access from the park. The apartment is on one floor and consists of two rooms. The furniture is all vintage or in style with the house.

The two rooms are covered with wooden ceiling beams and bricks. In the first room there is a dining area, kitchenette equipped with fridge, oven and gas stove. In the living room with fireplace there is an additional a single bed (80x190cm). The second room is intended as a bedroom with a double bed (160x190cm). The bathroom has a shower, bidet, sink, toilet and washing machine.

The surface of the apartment is about 55 square meters. The wi-fi connection is active in the apartment. The living and dining rooms feature open views onto the square of the villa with a terrace which is accessed via an external stone staircase. The apartment has a terrace in front of the entrance door with an umbrella, table and chairs.

Apartment Lara

The apartment is located on the first floor of a 19th century stone annex of the main villa. It is accessed directly from the parking lot of the structure, through a characteristic internal stone staircase.

The apartment is on one floor and consists of two rooms. The two rooms feature traditional wood ceiling beams and terracotta floors. In the first room, there is a dining space with an open kitchen equipped with a fridge, induction cooker and microwave oven. The second room is intended for a large bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm) and a single bed (80x190 cm). The bathroom has a shower, bidet, sink, toilet and washing machine.

The surface of the apartment is about 50 square meters. The wi-fi connection is active in the apartment.
The apartment does not have a terrace but a reserved space in the pool area and a dedicated table in the garden where you can eat, work or spend time relaxing.

Apartment Alida

The apartment is located on the first floor of a 19th century stone annex of the main villa, with direct access from the parking lot of the structure. The apartment, which is accessed by a characteristic stone staircase, is on one floor and consists of two rooms with traditional wood ceiling beams and terracotta floors.

The first room consists of a dining area with the kitchenette enclosed in a handcrafted wooden cabinet equipped with fridge, induction cooker, microwave oven and coffee pod machine. The living area also has a single sofa bed (80x190cm).
The second room is intended as a bedroom with a double bed (160x190cm). The bathroom has a large shower, bidet, sink, toilet and washing machine.

Apartment Dafne

Sleeps two. Located on the ground floor of the villa with characteristic brick vaulted ceilings, Apartment Daphne consists of a combined living room/dining room with open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with double beds and a single bed and a bathroom. Either the livingroom as the bedroom is fitting an extra single bed.
There is direct access to the apartment through a private entrance at the front of the villa. The bathroom has a spacious shower area and a washing-machine.

In front of the apartment entrance there is an outdoor area for outdoor dining.

Sala Universale

At Il Maggese the breakfast room is in the old building where, only 50 years ago, farmers squeezed the juice from grapes and stowed the wine-making gear.

The hall is near the pool and is called "universal room" for The Last Judgement -giudizio universale in Italian- that appears on a print on the wall.

Breakfast is served upon guests' request in the common room from 8.30 to 10.30.
